The helmet shell is made of para-aramid cloth, the surface of the helmet body is painted with military green polypropylene nano-composite film, and the rim of the helmet is green neoprene.
The suspension components include:
Forehead foam pad, back foam pad, adjuster face shell, adjuster bottom shell, left and right fixing parts, left and right adjustment straps for head circumference, wheels, knobs, chin rest, etc.
The appearance of all parts is smooth, no burrs, uniform color, and the head circumference adjustment and locking function are normal after assembly
By turning the knob, the adjustment belt of the dial system is tightened. Only by gently turning the knob, the head space can be tightened, making it comfortable to wear and not loose.
Helmet cover fabric: Polyester-cotton vinylon blended general camouflage fabric
The connecting surface of the cushion and the helmet is made of velvet cloth, the contact surface with the skin is dense velvet cloth, the structure of the cushion airbag is made of polyurethane film, and the inner is filled with open-cell polyurethane sponge
The helmet liner is welded by an ultrasonic welding machine, the weld seam is flat and the edges are smooth
Use fastening screws and hexagon nuts to install the suspension system components on the helmet body.
