The cushion suspension system includes: forehead cushion, back head cushion, top front and back cushions, side cushions and adjustment cushions
The cushion pad is made of EPP (polypropylene foam), and the pad is wrapped with a layer of low-density vinyl compound (LDV), which has excellent adsorption and cushioning functions
By adjusting the EPP cushion, the inside of the helmet can be adapted to the shape of the user's head. EPP can repeatedly absorb energy without dents or cracks;
The unique design of the head locking buckle system, the chin support O-band and the back neck cushion provide better support and protection;
By turning the knob, the adjustment belt of the occipital dial system is tightened. Only by gently turning the knob, the head space can be tightened to maximize the stability of the helmet, making it comfortable to wear without becoming loose. The design on both sides allows the noise-reducing communication headset to be placed inside the helmet
Matte treatment: The surface of the helmet is treated with a matte matte high-precision process, and the texture is comfortable
Helmet inner structure:
1. The four-point suspension enhances the stability, and the helmet will not be deflected for strenuous exercise;
2. Built-in anti-vibration heat-sealing sponge to reduce the damage caused by violent collision;
3. The forehead is dried cuttlefish (the base of the night vision device bracket), which can be connected to headlights, cameras, night vision devices and other equipment;
4. The left and right guide rails can be loaded with strong light illumination system and signal identification lights, and ear protection baffles can be loaded;
5. The helmet shell comes standard with mobile version of the adhesive Velcro, which can be used to paste the helmet cover, load survival lights, fluorescent lights, armbands, etc.; improve the soldier's battlefield perception and coordination capabilities.
The helmet is sprayed in olive green, black, desert yellow, UN blue and other colors to choose from. The camouflage cover cloth can also be replaced as needed to adapt to the battlefield environment.
